Located next door to the Etihad Stadium (formally Telstra Dome) Quest Docklands features 133 non smoking serviced apartments in Melbourne. Our comfortably appointed One and Two bedroom apartments in Docklands are completed with fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, broadband internet access and separate living & dining area. Our Docklands Serviced Apartments also offer daily In Room Dining options and complimentary use of the YMCA Gym & Heated Pool.

IMPORTANT CHECK IN INFORMATION

Car Park: All car parks must be booked upon making your reservation subject to availability. A $22.00 per night per vehicle charge applies. In the instance that Quest Docklands car park is fully booked, we recommend Etihad Stadium Public Car Park located next to our Quest Melbourne property. Etihad Stadium Car Park Price List can be found here and guests are to settle these charges directly with Etihad Stadium.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made by 2pm 24 hours prior to arrival date or your first night of accommodation will be charged.

Check in Time: After 14:00pm. Early check in can be requested however cannot be guaranteed. Luggage storage can be organised by reception.

Payment: The entire accommodation charges must be paid upon arrival. We do not accept cheques. All incidental charges can be settled upon checkout.

Credit Card Pre-authorisation: All guests are required to provide a valid credit for pre-authorisation to cover any potential incidental or damage charges incurred during their stay. Alternatively, $500 cash bond will be required and shall be returned to guest upon checkout subject to a room inspection. Guests who fail to produce either will not be permitted to check in.

Personal Identification: You may be required to present your personal photo identification upon arrival. Driver’s license and passports can be accepted.
