Before you make a booking, we believe that it is important for us to provide you with some information on our policies and specific requirements. Below we have outlined some information that you may find useful before making your reservation:
- All apartments in Quest Docklands are non-smoking.
- QUEST DOCKLANDS REGULATES A STRICT NO PARTY POLICY
- We do attempt to accommodate all special bedding requirements, but they are based upon availability at the time of booking. If you require an additional sofa bed in either a one- or two-bedroom apartment, that can be arranged by contacting Quest Dockalands on 03-9630-1000 (subject to availability). Fee of $40.00 per night applies.
- Quest Docklands has very limited car parking space that needs to be booked prior to arrival. To arrange this please call us at (03) 9630 1000.
- All bookings made via this webiste will be confirmed immediately. The credit card provided upon making your booking is for guarantee purposes only and will not be charged at the time of booking.
- Payment for all bookings made at Quest Docklands is taken upon arrival.
- Valid Credit Card and Photo Identification belonging to the reservation holder MUST be presented for authorisation on arrival. The Credit Card holder must be the main registered guest of the apartment. Quest Docklands reserves the right to terminate any reservation that does not meet these criteria. If no credit card is present a $500 cash bond is required.
- Quest Docklands has a 48 hour cancellation policy during non-peak time frames. Peak period cancellation policies are subject to the discretion of Quest Docklands.
